This decent is another 15-30ft depending on where you are on lot to 2md plateau Then down again to a 3rd plateau & then 5 to 6 feet to the river. The lot is sparcely wooded but in the 70s it was the secondary horse pasture & trails to swimming on horseback.This would make a wonderful Pemi River farm with several hundred feet of frontage on river inc nice beach. While some of lot is floodplain, there are still many uses for the flood plain portions including crops, animals, camping area…. with possibly 2-3 acres(estimate from FEMA map)where can you can built overlooking the Pemi River with enough high and dry land to have a very private location. The Pemi is in the river corridor so a shoreland plan would have to be filed w/state by the buyer once they determine what they plan to cut & where they plan to build. NHDOT covered driveway with barrier. They are working to fix.
