While this 1 bedroom unit only has one bedroom there is a divider allowing sleeping for 4 in the bedroom and murphy bed that pulls from the wall allowing for sleeping for 2 more. There is also access to indoor outdoor pool, exercise room, coin laundry &owner locker as well as areas for conferences Annual sports center membership can be purchased for 750 a year.The condo comes fully furnished except a few personal items & is ready to occupy or rent out upon closing.This unit is fairly easy to show as owner has minimal ongoing rental commitments that might prevent your immediate occupancy should you wish to use your condo throughout the upcoming ski season.
